Statesville Man Arrested on Multiple Charges in Taylorsville

A Statesville man is facing several charges following an arrest by the Taylorsville Police Department late last week.

Authorities say 50-year-old Aaron Wesley Johnson, of Windhurst Court in Statesville, was arrested Friday, April 24. Johnson is charged with felony violation of habitual larceny status, injury to personal property, second-degree trespass, possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting arrest.

Following the arrest, Johnson was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center where he is being held without bond.
