Taylorsville Woman Charged With Identity Theft, Fraud

A Taylorsville woman is facing felony charges following an investigation by the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office.

According to authorities, 57-year-old Amy Lisa Treadway of Alspaugh Dam Road was charged with felony obtaining property by false pretense and identity theft. The warrants were served by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office on May 10.

Treadway was released after posting a secured bond of $45,000.

She is scheduled to appear in Davidson County Court in Lexington on June 2.
