Salisbury police are searching for a woman wanted in connection with a deadly hit-and-run last month.

Authorities say Tavita Garcia Diaz, 26, is wanted on separate warrants for identity theft and two counts of possessing a fraudulent ID. Detectives are also looking for her in connection with the February 20th crash at South Main Street and Airport Road.

Officers say a white Toyota Corolla turned left into the path of four motorcycles around 10:40 p.m. One rider, Jody Holloman, was pronounced dead at the scene. Another suffered serious injuries, and a third sustained minor injuries. Police say three people fled the vehicle immediately after the collision.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Salisbury Police or Crime Stoppers. The investigation remains ongoing.
