Detectives with the Mooresville Police Department are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 20-year-old woman who has not been seen since March 1.
According to investigators, Semaya Frazier left her residence in Mooresville on March 1, 2026, and has not returned home.
Frazier’s mother reported her missing after the 20-year-old left the house to take out the trash and then ran toward a waiting white vehicle parked down the road. Despite efforts by detectives to locate her, authorities say she has not yet been found.
Investigators believe Frazier could be in Iredell County, Rowan County, or possibly the Brooklyn area.
Frazier is described as 5 feet 1 inch tall with brown hair slightly past shoulder length and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black bonnet, red hoodie, and light gray pajama pants, possibly with triangle or ice-cream cone patterns. She was also wearing black and light blue Jordans when she left her home.
Anyone with information about Frazier’s whereabouts or who may have seen her is asked to contact the Mooresville Police Department at 704-664-3311 or Detective Saladino at 704-658-9023.
The investigation remains ongoing.
