Union Grove Man Arrested on Multiple Charges

29-year-old Andres Luis Pina of Union Grove was arrested Monday, February 2, by Conover Police Officers on multiple charges, including possession of a stolen motor vehicle, possession of methamphetamine, and misdemeanor possession of stolen goods or property.

Pina was taken into custody and jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility without bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled for Tuesday, February 3.

Authorities did not release additional details regarding the circumstances leading to the arrest.
