Rowan Deputies Seek Catalytic Converter Theft Suspects

The Rowan County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public’s help in identifying two suspects connected to the theft of a catalytic converter at the Dollar General.

Investigators say the theft happened at the store located along U.S. 601 at Cauble Road in Rowan County. One of the suspects was captured in surveillance images and video walking through the store before leaving in the suspect vehicle.

Deputies are asking anyone who recognizes the individuals or the vehicle involved to contact Deputy Grimes at 704-216-8500 or the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office at 704-216-8700.
