Search Underway for Missing Teen

A 14-year-old boy is missing, and deputies are actively searching the area in Cleveland.

According to the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office, Gideon Andrew Ferguson was reported missing yesterday. He was last seen around 4:00 p.m. at his residence on Watermoss Drive in Cleveland.

Deputies say multiple resources have been deployed in the search, including canine units and drones, as authorities work to locate the teen.

Law enforcement is asking the public for help. Anyone who has seen Gideon or has information about his whereabouts is urged to call 911 immediately.

The investigation and search efforts remain ongoing.
