Deputy A. Duecker arrived on scene and made contact with the driver, identified as Aaron James Eichheim Narva, 42, of Douglas, Wyoming. Narva was also wanted out of Douglas, Wyoming, on multiple charges, though that warrant was not extraditable outside surrounding states.
