Troutman Man Arrested on Multiple Sex Offender and Probation Violation Charges

IREDELL COUNTY, N.C. — A Troutman man is facing multiple charges related to sex offender registration violations and probation violations following his arrest earlier this week.
According to jail records, Justin Michael Spradling, 43, of Troutman, was arrested on January 20, 2026, and booked into the Iredell County Detention Facility. The arrest was made by the Iredell County Sheriff's Office.
Spradling is charged with failure to notify change of address as a sex offender, being a sex offender at or near child premises, and sex offender residence limitation violations. Court records also show multiple counts of probation violation.
A $150,000 secured bond was set for the failure-to-notify charge. Additional secured bonds totaling $20,000 per count were issued for several probation violation charges. Bond amounts for some of the remaining charges were not immediately available.
