UPDATE: Detectives Seek Suspect in Biffle Home Burglary

MOORESVILLE, N.C. — The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a residential breaking and entering that occurred earlier this month at a home on Doolie Road in Mooresville.
According to Sheriff Darren Campbell, deputies responded to the residence on Thursday, January 8, 2026. The home belongs to former NASCAR driver Greg Biffle and his family.
Investigators say the burglary happened overnight. Approximately $30,000 in cash, NASCAR memorabilia, and two Glock handguns were reported stolen.
Surveillance video reviewed by investigators shows a suspect arriving at the home around 11:00 p.m. on January 7 and remaining inside the residence for an extended period of time. No suspect has been identified at this time.
Detectives and crime scene investigators continue to actively work the case. The incident is being investigated as felony breaking and entering and felony larceny after breaking and entering.
The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone who recognizes the suspect or has information related to the case to contact the Criminal Investigations Division at (704) 878-3180 or submit tips through the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office mobile app.
The investigation remains ongoing.
