STATESVILLE, N.C. — A Mount Holly woman is facing multiple felony and misdemeanor charges following an arrest connected to incidents in both Iredell and Cleveland counties.

According to jail records, Rebecca Colleen Dimmer, 34, was taken into custody in Iredell County on January 21, 2026, and booked into the Iredell County Detention Facility. She was charged by the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office with felony possession of a catalytic converter, possession of cocaine, simple possession of a Schedule II, III, IV, or V controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, driving while impaired, failure to maintain lane control, and no liability insurance.

Dimmer’s bond for the felony catalytic converter charge was set at $15,000 secured. Bond information for the remaining charges was not immediately available.

Records also show Dimmer had a prior custody status related to charges reported by the Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office. She was booked by Cleveland County authorities on January 7, 2026, and later bonded out on January 8, 2026, at which time her custody status was listed as out of custody.

The Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office, located in Shelby, reported those charges. Additional details surrounding the Cleveland County case were not immediately released.

All charges are allegations. Dimmer is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
